Human Resources Manager in Newcastle

Tasks

You will have a background in human resources and be familiar with operating in the Hospitality environment. You will be able to demonstrate that you have managed significant human resources processes which lead to tangible outcomes.

You will be able to demonstrate that you have the interpersonal skills to influence and lead. You will be part of our vision moving forward and be empowered to transform our vision into operational reality.

Preferably tertiary qualified in Human Resources, you will ideally come from an Assistant Human Resources Manager / Training Manager role looking for the next step.

Qualification
To be considered for the position you will need to demonstrate experience in the following areas.

* Recruitment to Senior Manager level.
* Management of workers compensation insurance.
* Management of Return to Work employees – RTW Coordinator certificate.
* Operational understanding of hospitality industry.
* Understanding and implementation of OH&S legislation.
* Workplace Training & Assessment - TAA Certificate.
* Immigration – Nomination for Business Visas
