Tasks

§ Monitoring and ordering stationary supplies
§ Event/training coordination
§ Document preparation – word/excel/powerpoint
§ General administration tasks including filing
§ Incoming/outgoing mail
§ Incoming and outgoing calls
§ Obtain information and prepare reports
§ Conduct/assist with interviews
§ Assist with induction/orientation

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Human Resources Administration Assistant to join our Human Resources National Team.

Qualification
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work to within deadlines and perform tasks with a high level of accuracy. As a team player, you will have experience with Human Resources Administration/Support and advanced word, excel and powerpoint skills.
