Human Resources Administration Assistant, Corporate Business Services, Tertiary Education Assistance

Tasks

Administration of Employee Awards programs
Program Coordination – German classes and Tertiary Education Assistance
Database maintenance (employee directory)
Processing of purchase orders and invoices
Preparing and proofreading HR content for quarterly employee newsletter
Periodic reporting for various programs
Administrative support for Corporate Business Services recruitment
Meeting and events organisation and administration
Support Corporate Business Services HR Officer as required
Maintaining department stationery and printing supplies

Qualification
An ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal) and build rapport with internal and external customers
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to prioritise own work and multi- task
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proactive “can do” approach
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
Experience using Lotus Notes and SAP advantageous
Previous experience in a Human Resources environment will be well regarded
