Human Resources Admin Assistant, Oragnisation, Administration

Tasks

# Assisting the recruitment team with administrative task relating to group/ individual interviews including preparation of advertisement, placement and organisation of interviews
# Co-ordinating administrative OH&S and workcover activities with Payroll, Willis Australia and The insurer.
# Collation and collection of data for preparation of monthly reports.
# General HR administration duties including customer service, preparation of contracts, mail out and other duties as required
# Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager in relation to special HR Projects.
# Contacting direct care workers after they have joined BlueCross to assess their employment experience and work related issues
# Attend meetings and workshop as requested by the HR manager.
# Provides administrative support to L&D Manager and Recruitment Officer.

Qualification
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with all levels within an organisation. You will also have an ability to organise and prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have experience in a generalist HR role, coupled with sound knowledge of Excel and Word and working knowledge of OH&S and workcover.
