Hospitality Catering Consultant, Filing, Photocopying

A fantastic opportunity is available for a hospitality catering consultant to join this small but friendly team in one of the most successful divisions within the company. With the support and guidance of the Victorian Sales Manager, your role will see you perform a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including:

* Assisting clients over the phone by organising their day to day catering requirements
* Caterer and supplier liaison
* Typing and formatting documents
* Maintaining the Client Relationship Management System
* Filing, photocopying, faxing, mail & Couriers
* Event and function planning
* Answering and screening calls for the Victorian Office
* Assisting other team members when help is required
* Arranging sales meetings

Salary: $20/hr

The successful applicant would describe themselves as a people person; with great organizational skills, great phone manner and attention to detail. You'll be positive and friendly as well as accurate and systematic. Customer service experience is essential, and knowledge of the catering/hospitality industry will be beneficial but not essential. Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office is also important.
