HR Administrator, Employee Benefits & Records, National Benefits Plans

Location: Brisbane Employment: Full time

Tasks

Administering the National Benefits Plans (medical and superannuation) for Australia and New Zealand;
Co-ordinating benefits queries with employees, vendor representatives & the Bechtel International Benefits Group in the US;
Executing data inputting in an accurate and consistent manner and ensuring that the supporting documentation is consistent with standard practice requirements;
Preparation of HR reports and metrics as required;
Set up and maintenance of all master personnel files for the Oceania and Asia Pacific region.

Qualification
Ideally the candidate will be a recent HR graduate;
Excellent communication skills & attention to detail are essential;
Must be a team player;
Previous experience in SAP is preferable but not essential.
