HR Administration Assistant, Head Office Induction, Health & Wellness Program

• Update HR database weekly with completed training
• Coordinate the Health & Wellness Program, providing suitable initiatives for consideration.
• Provide consistent monthly reporting on various HR metrics
• Direct and coordinate weekly Head Office Induction activities
• Administer personnel transfers and other adjustments (including terminations) getting the necessary Client approvals where required.
• Provide support and assist implementation of Performance Management System.
• Deputise or others in the HR team when on leave
• Initiate retention bonus processing on a fortnightly basis
• Analyse and approve R & R bonus payments and related Assignment Provisions
• Initiate termination processing and associated paperwork
• SAP input and Accounts/client queries
• Provide training to work colleagues as necessary

To be eligible for the role you will have completed year 12 or equivalent and it would be desirable to be familiar with an EPCM environment, but not necessary.

• Understanding of business drivers and corresponding skills required in the business
• Ability to form and foster collaborative relationships with line management
• Ability to source & coordinate training courses to meet the business needs.
• Ability to organise completion bonus administration
• Ability to facilitate internal transfers
• Ability to operate the PPS & CAVS Administration (including Site Access requests)
• Ability to generate reports and produce database reports & statistics
• Ability to organise and establish priorities
• Ability to impart skills and train others
• Ability to follow up and complete tasks
