Tasks

Leading IT Company based in the Sydney CBD is looking for experienced Helpdesk Analysts to join their National Service Centre to support a number of their large national clients. You will start on a minimum of 30 hours per week on a daily roster of between 7am - 7pm.

Offer
Helpdesk - 30 hours per week - Immediate start - CBD location - $25/hr.

Qualification
To be considered for this role you will have previous demonstrable experience in a helpdesk position providing 1st & 2nd level phone support to users on both hardware and software related issues, as well as:

- Very strong communication skills
- Active Directory Support experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong MS Outlook skills
- Excellent customer service skills
