Group Managing Director, Auckland, Management

Reporting into the Board of Directors, this role you will be accountable for directly overseeing the Asia Region consisting of 5 locations: India, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. This role is not for the faint-hearted as you will be required to spearhead the company and drive it forward developing new and existing business.

You will be required to oversee 11 direct reports including 5 General Managers for each location and up to 200 – 300 indirect reports.

This role would suit an individual looking to further their career and have full autonomy of driving this successful business forward. A full expatriate remuneration package will be on offer including housing, vehicle, medical & work insurance, profit-share and relocation.

* Able to demonstrate dealing with complex environments
* Happy to travel between locations throughout Asia
* Senior Management experience previously responsible for a group of companies
* A strong team builder who is a natural leader and motivator
* A good understanding for Health & Safety in the workplace
* Experience within the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and other Heavy Industry is preferred but not essential (you must have worked within a maintenance service industry)
