Faculty Business Manager, Controller, Finance

The Business Manager will be primarily responsible for controlling, reporting, budgeting and forecasting the finances for the Faculty, as well as assisting in the development of finance/staffing policy and systems. This role involves a high level of skill and knowledge of Finance and staffing, including recruitment and HR, policy and reporting systems. Faculty personnel of all levels will rely upon the Business Manager for information, policy advice and training on all financial and staffing issues. Assisting in the formulation of business planning and its implementation is also required.

Base Salary range (Full-time equivalent): $55,271.00 (min) - $68,611.00 (max)

The successful candidate will have high level work experience and qualifications in finance and administration and demonstrated experience in developing, monitoring, analysing and reporting on complex budgets.
