Experienced Recruitment Business Development Manager

We are now seeking a strong Business Development Manager to be based in our Melbourne Office. This role is pure Business Development with no Account Management or Recruiting. You will be conducting Client Meetings, pitching for Exclusive Business and Preferred Supplier Agreements. You will work hand in hand with our Account Management team and con vert all incoming leads.

You will have the full support of the team and management, and fantastic systems are in place to make sure that the office can deliver on your arrangements with clients.

To be successful in this role with you have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in either a BDM or end to end capacity.
