Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 + super and commissions

Managing a team of nine consultants, you will be a member of the executive management team and therefore will enjoy the strategic input you will be afforded in driving the business forward. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate prior experience managing a team, have recruited to an executive level, and thoroughly enjoy mentoring and developing staff. You will understand the necessity of leading by example and will instill an environment of respect and team cohesion.
