Early Childhood Teacher Qualified - Rosemeadow

Our client currently has a position available in the South West area for a dynamic, motivated Early Childhood Teacher qualified trained teacher to work within a Long Day Care Centre. This is a high quality centre licensed for 44 children a day. The individual will be required to work with the 3-5 year olds with 20 children in the room. The centre is accessible by public transport. The team dynamics thrive on friendliness and open communication within the centre, sharing ideas and implementations.

This is a permanent position to work 38 hours a week. Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred particularly with the preschoolers and their school readiness program. This position offers training and professional development opportunities so support will be given for the right candidate. The individual has the option to work either Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Friday.

The successful candidate will need to show genuine interest and passion for working with children and families. All applicants will need to have knowledge and experience of programming and planning for children aged 3-5 years and be able to meet their individual needs and be flexible in order to program for their interests and abilities.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, knowledge of the emergent curriculum, a genuine passion for preparing children for school and the ability to meet the ever changing needs of the children in your care.
