Tasks

Our client requires an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager with exposure across the following areas:

# Development & rollout of ongoing Compensation and Benefits plans, including sales incentive plan designs
# Legal review and compliance including liaison with broader HR teams and professional advisors on issues such as tax implications etc
# Participation in salary surveys and relevant forums and networking
# Management of employee communications relevant to compensation
# Resolving escalated employee issues
# Vendor and project management
# Contact point for ANZ rollout of global initiatives

Qualification
# Experienced in working with an IT / technical workforce that includes sales and consulting.
# Experienced in managing compensation and benefits programs in the local (ANZ) market.
# Understanding of global market practices and the ability to apply and adapt these to relevant local programmes.
# Project management skills.
# Excellent verbal and written communication
# Good team worker
