CASUAL RECEPTIONIST,

The position involves many and varied duties including reservations, tours, general enquiries, supervision of housekeepers, replacements in apartments, checking apartments and other duties which will be discussed at an interview.

Applicants are required to have a happy personality and friendly manner, able to think quickly, "outside the square" and diffuse any problem situations; work as a team as well as unsupervised.

Applicants must have previous office experience in a holiday resort and a sound knowledge of reservation procedures, Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with either Ezy Rez or Hirum is preferred.
