* being available to project participants during work hours;
* providing flexible support to project participants by:
o being available to project participants for confidential discussions about employment and personal issues;
o providing advice or counselling on career path and life planning;
o helping to solve problems;
o helping to impart organisational values and culture; and
o being clear about the objectives of the relationship, understand the time and effort involved and act appropriately if the relationship is not working well;

* assisting the Project Coordinators and Manager in sourcing appropriate cultural awareness training for all involved in the program.

Rate of Pay: $42 000 per annum plus super – pro rata for part time (mobile phone & fuel allowance provided)

1. Must have current police check and working with children card (or application completed).
2. Must hold a current open drivers license.
3. Must have a reliable vehicle.
