Work areas will include involvement in large commercial litigation matters with your own file load in the areas of general litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and construction. You will also have opportunity to engage in commercial / corporate / property work should you wish.

We are a small CBD law practice seeking a talented 2nd to 4th year lawyer for an opportunity working primarily in commercial litigation. You must be motivated to succeed, have excellent organisational skills and have keen attention to detail.

The ability to work autonomously is essential, however, direct partner support will be provided whenever required. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential. A clear career path will be made available to the right candidate with competitive salary commensurate with experience.
