Assistant Logistics Technician, Warehousing, Storage

The position provides a wide range of services which ensures that the contractual requirements of Darwin based support and maintenance are met.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and will be subject to various Australian Government Security background checks and procedures.

• Previous experience in working in a logistics role in a maritime operational/engineering oriented environment (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to relate to staff and customers at all levels
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think clearly under pressure
• Self motivated and ability to work without supervision
• Flexible attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated organisational skills
• Qualified in or working towards a discipline in Transport and Distribution (Warehousing and Storage)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Current Driver’s licence (National Code Class C)
• Forklift Licence
