Looking to continue their growth plan an opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Accountant to supervise a professional team within Business Advisory Services (BAS). As a mentor to the team of trainee to senior accountants, one of your priorities will be to develop the skills of your team and at the same time provide first class service to your clients either as client manager or by complementing the BAS Partner.

* A minimum of 6 years experience in public practice
* Experience in managing the productivity of team members, team mentoring and development, workflow coordination, fee quotation and debtor collection
* An ability to assist the Manager and Partner in identifying and advising on a full range of services to clients
* Advanced computer skills in MS Office and accounting packages such as PIQ, APS or MYOB
* Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Program (or nearing completion)
